INNESS is situated on a campus of 225 pastoral acres, which include a 12-room farmhouse hotel, 28 guest cabins, restaurant, event barn, a 9-hole golf course, sporting outfitter, two swimming pools, tennis courts, walking trails, a retail home and farm shop.

Full-time position, Tuesday - Saturday.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Performs a variety of mechanical and other building and grounds maintenance, repair, and construction-related tasks
  • Upkeep of machinery, furniture, and facility interiors and exterior
  • Preventive maintenance, small electrical work, carpentry, plumbing, grounds, wood, other tasks as necessary

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-4 years experience in maintenance related functions
  • Must be able to communicate, read, and write English
  • High-school Diploma or Equivalent
  • Graduation from a vocational or trade school in lieu of education, with experience in performing general or specialized maintenance and repair tasks
  • Must have a valid United States Driver's license and must have a clean DMV record for at least two years
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 65lbs and be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to perform heavy manual labor at times
  • Must be able to complete work orders in a timely fashion with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to work some holidays, overtime, and respond off hours to Facility emergencies
