INNESS is seeking warm and vibrant Guest Service Agents to oversee and enhance all aspects of the overnight guest experience at our idyllic countryside property. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Checking guests in and out, and making and managing reservations using Opera Cloud PMS, following all provided SOPs for service and billing
• Respond to inquiries for bookings and information via phone and email
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of property, local area, and all events and offerings
• Escorting guests and luggage from main reception area to their cabin or guestroom via hotel transportation, and providing an inviting and accurate orientation to the property
• Fielding and handling all guest requests in a warm and courteous manner to ensure guest satisfaction
• Working in a (stunning!) countryside environment that requires time outdoors, year-round
• Safely and competently assisting with vehicles, parking, and guest transport throughout the property
• Maintain organization and distribution of guest amenities and rental equipment
• Operate and assist guests with in-room and common area fireplaces and outdoor firepits
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping team regarding guest requests and daily needs.
