INNESS is seeking Overnight Guest Services to oversee and enhance all aspects of the guest experience at our idyllic countryside property. Front Desk, on site property presence from 10:00pm - 7:00am. Shifts will be primarily from Thursday - Sunday, 2-4 days per week.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Checking in late arrivals and checking out early departures
  • Assist on-site guests with any issues that may arise overnight (Key/Locks, TV troubleshooting, transport from room to vehicle, etc.)
  • Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of property and all events and offerings
  • Escorting guests and luggage from main reception area to their cabin or guestroom via hotel transportation, and providing an inviting and accurate arrival orientation to the property
  • Fielding and handling all guest requests in a warm and courteous manner to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Working in a (stunning!) countryside environment that requires time outdoors, year-round
  • Safely and competently assisting with vehicles, parking, and guest transport throughout the property
  • Maintain organization and distribution of guest amenities and rental equipment
  • Operate and assist guests with in-room and common area fireplaces and outdoor firepits
  • Communicate effectively with daytime staff and management to ensure seamless operations between shifts.

  • Unwavering attention to guest satisfaction and property details
  • Ability to work on your feet, spend time outdoors, and lift 30+ pounds
  • Weekend and holiday Overnight availability
  • Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle and/or golf cart
  • Reliable personal transportation
  • Computer literacy- Windows, Microsoft Office, Google Suite
