INNESS is situated on a campus of 225 pastoral acres, which includes a 12 room farmhouse hotel, 28 guest cabins, restaurant, event barn, a 9-hole golf course, sporting outfitter, two swimming pools, tennis courts, walking trails, a retail home and farm shop, as well as an organic farm and orchard.

Responsibilities

INNESS is seeking a public space attendant to help clean and maintain our public areas. Job duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Thoroughly and efficiently clean Lobby's, Event Space, Spa and Public areas according to the standards and demands of the hotel, under the direction of the Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor
  • Dust/vacuum/mop floors and surfaces as needed to maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness.
  • Wash, dry, fold, and iron- as needed- any and all items as assigned by Housekeeping Manager
  • Keep supply areas, products, and equipment well-stocked and organized
  • Communicate with Housekeeping Manager any issues found in public space areas, i.e. damage to any fixtures or surfaces, hardware, appliances, etc. so that they can be addressed by maintenance team.
  • Must use proper cleaning and chemical products as instructed by Housekeeping Manager

Skills & Qualifications

  • Be able to communicate effectively in English
  • Maintain a neat appearance and follow all uniform guidelines
  • Must be able to work on your feet and be able to lift 50+ lbs safely
  • Must follow all prescribed standards and safety protocols
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Weekends and holidays required, some time spent outdoors year-round moving between guest cabins required.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: From $19.00 per hour
