We are hiring a part-time Retail Associate to join our team and work at The Farm Shop, a retail
store, located at INNESS, a country retreat in Accord, NY.

Responsibilities

 Provide guests with a unique shopping experience by offering excellent customer
service, through telling our brand story with authentic selling techniques
 Possess a strong sense of product knowledge and articulate on all aspects of store
concept
 Work with the small Retail team to meet sales goals
 Use an iPad and POS system to transact sales, refunds, exchanges and update
inventory
 Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving goods and aiding in
monthly inventory counts
 Maintain visual merchandising standards
 Interest in apparel, design, home and/or outdoor sports
 Support with daily administrative and operational tasks
 Demonstrate clear and warm communication
 Assist with e-commerce tasks, such as customer correspondence, proof reading and
fulfilling orders

Skills & Qualifications

 1-3 years of retail sales
 Interest in apparel, design and/or outdoor sporting activities
 Flexible schedule, including weekend availability
 Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
 Maintain a high level of initiative, motivation, and self-direction along with creative
thinking
